INSTALLATION MADE EASY
STEP 1. Initial Contact
Within 24 hours of your consulation request, a ZUTEK project manager will give you a call to discuss the particulars of your project.
STEP 2. Site Survey
A ZUTEK team member will come out to your site to assess the scope of your installation and outline any electrical and structural considerations. A $295 non-refundable deposit is required, and will be applied to your install if you decide to move forward.
STEP 3. Quote & Approval
Based on your site survey, a ZUTEK technician will follow up with a quote for your project within 48 hours.
STEP 4. Purchase & Shipment
After you approve your install quote, you'll purchase the digital unit(s) from Displays2go if you haven't done so in advance, and we'll ship them to your location.
STEP 5. Installation
A ZUTEK technician will work with you to schedule your installation. The installation is then performed by a professional technician, which takes about 14 days on average, but can vary based on the scope of the job.
STEP 6. Quality Assurance
Services are only considered complete once you are satisfied with your agreed-upon configuration. Once your install is complete, you'll have the opportunity to give us feedback!
